Cuong Strong personal training focuses on form, technique, and exercise execution to build muscle and improve your metabolism. Workouts are customized to fit you and help you reach your goals efficiently.
Steps to your goal:
- Your trainer will design a custom plan for you.
- Workout with your trainer 1-2 times per week then on your own at least 2-3 times per week.
- Follow your custom meal plan.
- Your trainer will update your workout routine and meal plan as needed until we reach your goal.

- Custom meal coaching with macros & updates
- Text/email/phone support as needed
Startup plan: $240 for the first 5 sessions. Additional sessions: 5 for $220
