If you want a maintainable physique, endurance and strength... steer clear of whack jobs promoting methodology that has ZERO scientific foundation and hire Cuong. If you want to build a better body without the use of illegal or questionable supplements, hire Cuong. I've been a client since 2013, over 4 years at the time of this review.

    review rating 5  Never did I think I’d feel so welcome and at home going to the gym. There’s a lot of support here—diet, workout plans, but more than anything else it’s the positive atmosphere that means the most to me. They really care about you here. I hadn’t had that experience before and it’s kept me going back.

    review rating 5  Cuong Strong Personal Training and Nutrition has literally changed my life. He is very personable and is with you every step of the way during your fitness journey. He comes up with personalized meal plans and work out routines just for you. He is always available for any questions that you may have at any time. I highly recommend Cuong Strong if you are wanting to change the way you look and feel. I am very proud to say that he is not only my nutritionist and trainer, but also a has become a friend.

    review rating 5  I have had the opportunity to work with Cuong for the last several months. He is knowledgeable, innovative, motivating, and truly amazing at what he does. Cuong is passionate about helping me achieve my goals. I am always pleasantly surprised at the variety of workouts that he puts me through during our sessions. I highly recommend him for personal training and nutrition coaching!

    review rating 5  I trained with Cuong for my first body building competition and am starting another prep with him for my second show. His health and fitness approach is gradual and does not include some of the drastic measures that you get with other resources, which make the achievements maintainable. Would definitely recommend.
