- 1 Training session per week with your trainer then on your own 2-4x/week
- Training plan with updates
- Ultrasound body composition assessment at start up
- Everything from the Custom Nutrition Coaching plan ($160 value)
- Unlimited text support
2 Training sessions per week or 10 training sessions per month: $490 for the first month then $440 for the next month. Plan Includes:
- 2 Training sessions per week with your trainer then on your own 2-3x/week
- Training plan with updates
- Ultrasound body composition assessment at start up
- Everything from the Custom Nutrition Coaching plan ($160 value)
